Shipping & Returns
Bradley's is proud to have its own delivery crew that serves Utah and its neighboring states. We charge a $99 base rate fee for any Salt Lake valley delivery, $179 for Park City/Hideout, Toeele, Ogden, Provo, Eagle Mtn, and $199 for Heber/Kamas/Coalville/or Oakley (Park City and Surrounding Areas are for Saturday Deliveries or extra for weekdays. For deliveries with multiple items or for extra heavy and bulky items like sleepers, armoires, and items longer than 7 feet there will be a additional upcharge and we need to know exactly where the pieces need to go in order to plan according prior to the delivery. With COVID, we are encouraging customers to consider curbside drop off deliveries for $50 less as a good option to keep everyone healthy!

For any extreme delivery locations such as Timberlakes, Eden, Tollgate Canyon, etc. we can assess the weather and delivery difficulties and provide a quote. For a small fee, we are also more than happy to professionally set up and install any product we sell. These fees range from only $10 for a simple set-up to more for our advanced install jobs like bunk beds or wall-beds (we do not secure any item to walls and recommend our customers hire professional contractors to secure any tall object to walls). Contact us for any setup or delivery quotes outside of these parameters. For deliveries to areas outside of our daily delivery range, feel free to call or email for a delivery quote based on current routes. If you are not close to Salt Lake City we can either ship your furniture on a pallet using curbside freight services (starting at $200 and increasing based on weight, size, and distance) or 
we can send our two men and truck for long-hauls (we charge $6.00 per mile to the delivery address... If delivery to Jackson Hole in an easy to access location is nearly 300 miles from SLC, the total delivery cost would be approx. $1800) plus any hotel stay and overnight fees for larger or longer deliveries. In that this long haul service is still provided by our delivery team, set-up is available on these jobs as well on a case by case basis and we can also offer steeply discounted rates for curbside drop offs. Also, we can ship via LTL carriers at less expensive rates or for cities outside of our delivery radius. See "Nationwide Shipping" below for more info.

With any in-house delivery, inspect each piece for any damage and notify our delivery team before they leave to ensure warranty coverage. We offer a mattress and boxspring removal service for $20 each if needed. Due to insurance restrictions we cannot move or remove other furniture that was not purchased from us on the current invoice. If a piece is unable to fit in a room due to its size or unable to be set up comfortably with normal power tools, you will held liable so make sure to measure first and contact us for exact dimensions. In an event where a piece will not fit, you will be charged for the delivery fee as well as a restocking charge as high as 25% on items that we stock with the balance converting to a store credit (custom items cannot be returned) so make sure that it will fit before you make any purchase! We are happy to help with any questions regarding furniture size and likeliness of a piece fitting in a room but cannot guarantee that any product will fit into a specific room. All sales are final including layaway and held items with deposits.

Nationwide Shipping Services

We also happy to work with 5 different shipping companies which can transport your furniture across the country. The only charges we add to a shippers original freight charge are the costs of the pallets and packaging to protect the delivery. We quote our specialized furniture shipping brokers for every individual shipment to get the lowest cost and fastest shipping time for our customers. Because furniture is one of the most fragile shipping categories, we always ship with insurance to make sure that in the unlikely event something is damaged, the shipper company will be liable for any repairs, restitution, or costs of replacement. For these orders, we palletize and use secure shipping bands to ensure safe delivery in most cases, but often we use specialized loose furniture shippers for larger items.  With any delivery going out of state, you don't have to pay Utah sales tax in that we don't have any physical locations other than our Salt Lake showroom.

 Standard shipping times for shipping carriers can range anywhere from 3 - 15 business days from date of pick up from distributors unless otherwise specified. Once the shipment arrives at the nearest hub to the drop-off destination, an agent can call on request to set up a specific delivery date and time for residential delivery. They are usually able to hold furniture for a day or two without charging storage fees but after that you would be responsible for those costs. Please let us know if you have any questions or need any help with arranging a convenient time for delivery. Upon reception of a delivery, inspect every piece of furniture for damage and notify anything on your shipping receipt as well as the driver's invoice. Failure to notify the shipper of damage can result in the loss of your insurance coverage. If damage has occurred we can help determine which pieces are worth keeping for repair or which pieces would be better to reject. If you reject any piece that isn't damaged you will be charged for the replacement shipping charges of the same pieces, even if that piece is part of a set. In the event furniture arrives damaged we will have it repaired like new or replaced at our discretion in a timely manner. Warranties, Returns, and Shipping Damages

Even though we have several exclusive "in-house" collections designed by our staff and built by local artisans, Bradley's Furniture is a re-seller of its products and does not manufacture anything, thus our product warranties come directly from our manufacturers.  While we will always attempt to rectify any warranty problem, our manufactures are the ones responsible to resolve warranty issues and ultimately have the final say in what is covered along with respective solutions. Shipping Damage is insured in full by our shipping partners and when properly notified on the bill of lading is easy to resolve either by sending out a technician on easy repairs or by refusing the damaged pieces and waiting for new replacements to be sent (any pieces that were rejected without damage will result in reshipment fees for the same pieces to return to you).  In the event that your furniture arrives damaged, contact us immediately by phone at 801-484-1007 prior to signing and allowing the shipper to leave. There are a few variables with the type and severity of damage that can determine whether it is best for you to accept or reject the damaged pieces in a shipment.
Please do not discard furniture packaging until you are certain that there is no damage.

Barnwood and Log Furniture is 100% natural, and thus will have color variations, natural checks (cracks), knots, and imperfections. While every one of our custom builders (we also work with manufactured non-customizable furniture) on our site uses authentic wood in there collections often they will use
plywood or MDF wood to give extra reinforcement and to help prevent warping on the backs of pieces and underneath panels. If you want to request a piece that is made only entirely of solid wood then we will gladly provide a quote on request. Due to the custom nature of our products it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that any changes from standard are indicated on the invoice at the time of ordering. We showcase an example of almost everything on our website in our Salt Lake City showroom. We would love to have you come in and take a look at the quality of these pieces before placing an order if at all possible. Most people that do are surprised at how beautiful the natural reclaimed look is in person.

While all sales are final, we are glad to work with our customers to find all possible solutions to any concerns on past purchases. Should an item be returned without proper authorization, Bradley's is not responsible for any fees resulting from return costs. You will be assessed a storage fee until proper steps have been met and authorization from our shipping company or manufacturer has been received. Upon proper authorization on a return or exchange, the item will be inspected for any damage. If it is not in new condition, Bradley's reserves the right to cancel the exchange and if the original packaging is not intact, we will assess a restocking fee to reimburse the cost of the damages for an item to be resold As-Is (Special Order Items and quantities above normal stock figures may not be returnable).  If you choose to set up any product your self or pay a contractor for the work, Bradley's can not be held liable for any unforeseen problems in product assembly. We are not liable for any damage caused by our shipping carriers, nor can be held liable for damaged items out of our control. That said, we have shipped for more than a decade nationwide and have found which carriers are the best to work with to more fully eliminate any damage from occurring!
