Bradley's is proud to have its own delivery crew that serves Utah and its neighboring states. We charge a $59 fee for any delivery here in the Salt Lake Valley and $79 for delivery to Downtown Park City, Heber, Tooele, and all other nearby locations regardless of how many items you purchase from us! This charge includes delivery of your furniture to each room of your house given that our team can easily access rooms via stairways, door frames, and corners. For a small fee, we are also more than happy to professionally set up and install any product we sell. These fees range from only $10 for a simple set-up to more for our advanced install jobs like bunk beds or wall-beds. Contact us for any setup or delivery quotes. For deliveries to areas outside of our daily delivery range, feel free to call or email for a delivery quote based on current routes. For long-distance deliveries (for less expensive out if state pallet shipping see below) we charge $1.70 per mile to the delivery address (If delivery to Jackson Hole is 300 miles from SLC, the total delivery cost would be approx. $500). In that this service is still provided by our delivery team, set-up is available on these jobs as well.
With any in-house delivery, inspect each piece for any damage and notify our delivery team before they leave to ensure warranty coverage. We offer free mattress haul-aways per set purchased as a service to you, but due to insurance restrictions we cannot move or remove other furniture that was not purchased from us on the current invoice without approval from a manager. If a piece is unable to fit in a room due to its size, Bradley's can not be held liable. You will be charged for the delivery fee as well as a restocking charge as high as 25% on items that we stock so make sure that it will fit before you make any purchase! We are happy to help with any questions regarding furniture size and likeliness of a piece fitting in a room but cannot guarantee that any product will fit into a specific room. Custom products or items that we do not normally stock are non-refundable without authorization from management.
Nationwide Shipping Services
We also are happy to work with 5 different shipping companies which can transport your furniture for low costs across the country. The only charges we add to a shippers original freight charge are the
costs of the pallets and packaging to protect the delivery. We call our specialized furniture shipping brokers for every individual shipment to get the lowest cost and fastest shipping time for our customers. Because furniture is one of the most fragile shipping categories, we always ship with insurance to make sure that in the unlikely event something is damaged, the shipper company will be liable for any repairs, restitution, or costs of replacement. For these orders, we palletize and use secure shipping bands to ensure safe delivery in most cases, but often we use specialized loose furniture shippers for larger items. These prices will vary with circumstance, but recently we shipped a log vanity to Southern Florida for less than $250. With any delivery going out of state, you don't have to pay utah sales tax. So, you can purchase items for close to what you would pay here in Utah!
We can supply you with the shippers information and email along with a tracking number for your specific shipment upon request. Standard shipping times for shipping carriers can
range anywhere from 4 -14 business days from date of pick up from distributors unless otherwise specified. Once the shipment arrives at the nearest hub to the drop-off destination, an agent can call on request to set up a specific delivery date and time. Please let us know if you have any questions or need any help with arranging a convenient time for delivery. Upon reception of a delivery, inspect every piece of furniture for damage and notify anything on your shipping receipt as well as the driver's invoice. Failure to notify the shipper of damage can result in the loss of your insurance coverage.
Warranties, Returns, and Shipping Damages
Furniture is a reseller of its products and does not manufacture
anything, thus, our product warranties come directly from our manufacturers. While we are happy to attempt to help resolve any issue that might
arise, we are in no way
responsible for providing particular solutions to defects. Please do not discard furniture packaging until you are certain that there is no damage. While all sales are final, we are glad to work with our customers to find all possible solutions to any concerns on past purchases. Should an item be returned without proper authorization, Bradley's is not responsible for any fees resulting from return costs. You will be assessed a storage fee until proper steps have been met and authorization from our shipping company or manufacturer has been received. Upon proper authorization on a return or exchange, the item will be inspected for any damage. If it is not in new condition, Bradley's reserves the right to cancel the exchange or at least assess a fee to reimburse the cost of the damages for an item to be resold As-Is. If you choose to set up any product your self or pay a contractor for the work, Bradley's can not be held liable for any unforeseen problems in product assembly. We are not liable for any damage caused by our shipping carriers, nor can be held liable for damaged items out of our control.
